The chicken momos are served with a delicious soup. This soup also contains chicken meat balls, which are delicious and have a kick from the crushed black pepper. Enjoy this delicious bowl of soup!

  1. In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons oil and fry 6-8 steamed chicken momos. Once they have turned golden brown, place them on a plate.
  2. Add 2 chopped onion pieces to the oil and cook them until they are translucent.
  3. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste to the pan and cook for another minute.
  4. 1 cup chopped carrots, 2 to 3 green chilies chopped. Once the carrots have been added to the pan, heat until they are well incorporated.
  5. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder to the pot and stir. Mix 3 cups water with 2 Maggi chicken cubes. Add 3/4 tsp crushed pepper.
  6. Take 40gm minced chicken and add 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper to a bowl. Season with salt. Make small balls from this minced chicken by mixing it thoroughly.
  7. These chicken balls can be added to the soup. Cook the soup until the meat balls are cooked.
  8. To make a slurry, combine 3 tablespoons cornflour and some water. This slurry should be added gradually to the soup. Stir the soup regularly.
  9. Garnish the soup with coriander once it has thickened.
  10. Serve the soup by placing 2-3 fried momos in an individual bowl. Then, pour the hot soup over the momos. Enjoy!
