Hi food lovers!
In my today blog, I am dedicatedly sharing my recipe for the kids and that is yummy tasty creamy cookies. The kid all time favorite recipe regardless of the age, seasons. Cookies with chocolate chips go in all the seasons.
There are several types of cookies like chocolate chips cookies, shortbread cookies, sugar cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, biscotti cookies, and the list goes endless. And you are surprised to know that there are different categories types of cookies – molded cookies that are usually round and are formed by rolling the dough with hands. Another one is, dropped cookies that are made by soft dough, another one is pressed cookies, bar cookies, no bake cookies.

So today, I am going to share one of the types of cookie and that is chocolate chip cookie

Cookies a baked sweet recipe for the all ages of kids, add with few ingredients. Usually round and flat in shape over chocolate chips
Let’s start the recipe directly

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, in a large bowl whisk together the sugars, salt, and unsalted butter until a paste forms without any lump.
  2. Whisk in the egg and vanilla, beating until light ribbons fall off the whisk and remain for a short while before falling back into the mixture.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula, and do not over mix.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, and then chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. For a more intense toffee-like flavor and deeper color, chill the dough overnight. Let the dough rests for a longer period for the perfect flavor.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop onto a parchment paper
  7. Place and leave the cookie at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space between cookies and 2 inches (5 cm) of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown.
  9. Let it cool completely.
  10. Now serve with a plain glass of milk and Enjoy!
