Ingredients

A large mixing bowl mix the minced lamb eggs, onion, egg milk , and bread crumbs.
2.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste . Place in a loaf pan that has been lightly greased
3.
In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar as well as mustard and ketchup. Mix well, then pour it onto the meatloaf.
4.
Bake at 175°C for 1 hour
Prepare Risotto:
1.
Within a large saucepan make the butter melt in olive oil. Then add the onion and cook on low heat.
2.
Cook the rice at a moderate temperature, approximately 1 minute. Pour in the wine, and let it simmer until it is almost gone.
3.
Pour 1 cup of the simmering liquid and stir constantly until the liquid is fully absorbed.
4.
Continue adding the stock, one cup at a time , until the risotto has been cooked.
5.
Remove the risotto from stove and stir in the goat cheese, basil as well as Parmesan as well as lemon zest. Add salt and pepper. Serve with a meat loaf.
