This Korean garlic chives salad (buchu muchim) is spicy, slightly tangy, healthy, and is incredibly easy to make

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain the chives. Take out any brown ends. Cut into 2 in lengths.
  2. Mix all ingredients together to make chive salad dressing: water, chili powder and sesame seeds.
  3. Mix chopped chives and salad dressing. Serve at room temperature
