Hi food lovers!
In this post, I am going to share the most popular mouth-watering dish for kids and that is delicious yummy pancakes. The most favorite all time demand dish, a delicious pancake.
Being a kid, how one can forget the smell of those flavored pancake it was enough to make you jump out of bed.
Pancake is flat, round, thin and fluffy cake but its shapes may vary worldwide.
It can be served any time of the day with nice topping or fillings.
This may be a good option for the kid’s lunch box and you can add with melted chocolate, chocolate chips, honey, syrup, maple syrup and can spread jam over them.
So here I am sharing the recipe of eggless pancake, let’s jump into that yummy umm pancake
And soon I will share the recipe of pancake contain egg in my coming blogs.

  1. Melt butter in a pan, or you can add butter to any mixing bowl and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. You can skip butter with oil or coconut oil.
  2. Next, warm the milk, add the milk in the same pan, you can microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, for ease you can add directly to the pan.
  3. Then next to add sugar, give a good mix.
  4. Make sure, everything should be mixed together, ensure the butter has completely melted and milk is not cold. It has to be at least at room temperature, then add flour in to cold milk and make the batter lumpy and lump free.
  5. Place a sieve over the pan, add flour.
  6. Add baking powder optional
  7. Add cinnamon powder. You can also skip this and add vanilla extract to the milk.
  8. Add a pinch of salt. You can skip if using unsalted butter. Sieve the flour to the milk
  9. Start to mix gently with a spatula until combined. Do not over mix. Let few lumps in
  10. Batter has to be thick for pouring, if there is not enough moisture the pancake turn dense and if the batter looks to thick then you can add 2 to 3 tablespoon of warm milk. You can add extra milk depending on the kind of flour.
  11. Now take pan grease and heat it, the pan has to be moderate hot enough otherwise the pan cake with not get fluffy. Make sure the pan is not too hot otherwise your pancake will brown, so adjust the flame as needed.
  12. Finally stir the batter and pour one ladle full of batter to the pan. Do not spread let it own, when the base is firm, flip it and cook.
  13. Remove them and put on the serving plate with your favorite toppings like honey, fruit jam, maple syrup, whipped cream etc.
