In a skillet, brown and disintegrate hotdog; channel and put away. In an enormous bowl, beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard. Mix in bread blocks, cheddar and frankfurter.
Fill a lubed 11x7-in. baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or short-term. Eliminate from the cooler 30 minutes prior to baking. Prepare, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes or until a blade embedded in focus tells the truth.
