Spaghetti pie is a conventional American pie starting from Colorado. In spite of the fact that it's not unexpected named the most famous pie of Colorado, spaghetti pie is appetizing and not sweet, as most other notable state pies. It's made with a blend of spaghetti, ground hamburger, onions, tomatoes, ringer peppers, spread, beaten eggs, and cheddar like mozzarella, ricotta, or parmesan.

  1. Cook and channel spaghetti. Mix in margarine, parmesan cheddar, and eggs, while spaghetti is hot. Structure spaghetti blend into a hull in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
  2. Preheat stove to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. In a skillet cook the meat, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Channel off the fat and mix in the undrained tomatoes, tomato glue, sugar, and oregano. Heat through.
  4. Spread curds over the spaghetti hull then pour in the meat and tomato blend.
  5. Prepare at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheddar over the pie then, at that point, prepare for 5 minutes longer, until cheddar dissolves.
